ON-SITE TEST IS REQUIRED BEFORE AN OFFER IS EXTENDED:
- IT WILL BE A SIMPLE FITMENT TEST WHERE THE CANDIDATES WILL BE REQUIRED TO CUT A PIECE OF METAIL WITH A CUTTING TORCH AND REATTACH HOLDING DIMENSIONS. ONE WITH FLUX CORE WIRE AND A SECOND WITH HARD WIRE.
- SHOULD ALLOW 2 HOURS FOR THE INTERVIEW AND ON-SITE TEST TO BE COMPLETED.
- ALL CANDIDATES MUST SHOW UP WEARING LONG SLEEVES & PANTS, STEEL-TOED SHOES/BOOTS, AND SAFETY GLASSES.
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual for our Fitter Welder III position at our Fort Worth, TX facility. In this role, you will perform welding/fitting tasks and ensure all weldments meet specifications, follow proper procedures, and are built accurately and efficiently. The Fitter Welder II is responsible for welding and fitting jobs and making sure all weldments are welded within the right welding procedures and built to print in a timely manner. Based in Fort Worth, this position will report to the Team Lead and/or Supervisor of the department and will often work alongside other members of the manufacturing team.
