Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the staffing industry and possess a robust portfolio of clients. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in need of staffing solutions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Portfolio Management: Leverage an existing portfolio of clients to generate new business opportunities. Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and ensure continuous engagement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this information to identify business opportunities and provide market insights to clients.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and strategies to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client requirements. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and materials
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience in the staffing agency industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Client Portfolio: Demonstrable portfolio of clients in the staffing industry.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Technology: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
