Moore Advanced, a national staffing agency, is looking for MULTIPLE On-Site Supervisors in Savannah, GA. These positions are direct-hire to work for the staffing agency itself, not a temporary role. There are three available shifts 

• Standard first shift
• Friday thru Sunday + 1 weekday
• Saturday thru Monday, 6:30pm to 5:30am with opportunity for overtime.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Assisting to keep the distribution center/client facility operating smoothly.
• Supervising the team and train work crews to ensure safety and production.
• Help plan and direct operations as required by our clients.
• Recruit and develop qualified candidates for client orders.
• Train and maintain contingent and current employees to include dismissal, counseling, retraining to ensure equality control of all assigned projects from our clients.
• Communicate efficiently with our Clients management personnel to ensure we are providing them with qualified productive workers.
• Verify accurate and completed work orders or tasks assigned by our clients.
• Problem solve any issues that may present themselves to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze and develop pro-active solutions to minimalize turn-over rates.
• And other such duties assigned.

We are seeking someone with:

• Recruiting and Supervisory experience
• Experience managing, leading and developing staff for high performance
• Demonstrated Employee engagement skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to think “outside” the box when problem solving
• Flexibility on work hours and schedule
• High School or Equivalent
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Must be bilingual (Spanish)
• Experience with Safety and OSHA standards to ensure on the job safety
